Posting on GU?

I still have an account on Gamerzunlimited and i was thinking of posting something like an avertisment of NgW. To get people to check out this website.

But before I did that I wanted to ask you guys if your cool with that?

Hey if you have the time and the know how could't you set up a NgW myspace page ??? it would get tons of hit's because of the misconceptions about the name LOL. Frankly I'm just irritated on how most people there think. They have the "we're better than you" attitude but if proven wrong they fall on the "we're just a community, we don't waste our lives on video games" Some are nice, but then again since it's most of the members 1st clan. They tend to defend it as if it were the greatest thing on earth.

it's not to hard. Just need a pic that will take up the entire page. I would guess something like 1500 X 1500. Could get bacon to make a test image at that res to see if ir worked.

I could see where you're coming from, but at the same time, it really isn't fair to sum up an entire group of people. Sure there are a good number of people in there that make GU look bad, most of the time I'm the one trying to get them out. I can't really speak for GU, but I think all we need is a better system of admitting new members instead of being all inclusive. It's like when you let kids in a swimming pool, it's bound to turn yellow. You need a guy standing on the side of the pool smacking the kids that try to enter. Partly to enduce them to pee outside of the pool, partly for fun. I really want to go swimming now.

I understand that, which is why I said some, and most and didn't say GU as a whole. Meant some people in GU, not the clan. Since it is hard to point names and I don't want to. I agree totally with you Muscles.... A better way to admit new members is really needed. GU was my first clan, but when i joined it actually took a few weeks to get in and it seemed ( to me at least), that someone was actually looking into each membership request. But now GU is so huge it would impossible to keep track of all that stuff.... not without an entire staff of workers LOL. But GU seems to be really good at tracking down and eliminating problem people. But for that to happen someone has to post it in private GU forum( if between GU members) or in the regular forum.One thing I can definately say about GU is that every time I've ever had any issues; either with a member or just a player on a server; it was handled quickly and effectively by urMom, Magnetar, or sometimes Opcode. These guys are all trying very hard to do a seemingly impossible job.


Oh and Muscles.... would that pool you are dying to swim in be of the yellow variety ??? LOL JK'ing of course it is :bigsmile:
